TANYA EXPORTS, being an ISO 9001:2000 certified organization follows consistent quality in the manufacturing process and also procuring best quality raw materials. All the raw materials sourced by the company undergoes for strict quality testing prior to take use of the same in the production process. We have a large group of Vendor base to meet our raw material needs.

Quality Assurance

Hence, we have adopted a separate quality management system that has helped us in acquiring ISO 9001:2000 certification. In our endeavor to provide quality dyes and chemicals to our clients, we are taking stringent steps like inspection of raw material, complete surveillance of production processes, final checking of products and monitoring the packaging of our dyestuff, dye intermediates, pigment powder, leather dyes and auxiliary chemicals.

The parameters on which we test our dyes and chemicals are as follows:

• Composition
• Stability
• Purity
• pH value
• Safety for consumption purposes (food color)

Adhering to these parameters, we are elevating the quality standards of our dyestuff, dye intermediates, pigment powder, leather dyes and auxiliary chemicals. Based on this, the organization has  acquired ISO 9000, D-U-N-S, FDA, HACCP /Codex GMP. Certification of "KOSHER" & "HALAL" are under process and will be obtained soon.
